Thanksgiving Break Pt. 2

I woke up at 10 or 11 today. We weren't celebrating until 3 so I took a shower and committed myself to clean the living room. I threw the random stuff that was in the living room into other places, I moved the furniture around (with the help of my brother), I swept the floors so many times (probably have to do that again tomorrow), and I mopped the floors. I should have taken a before and after picture. After cleaning the room, I was motivated to clean the other living room also, but once I came back from the Thanksgiving celebration, that motivation went away.

Usually we'd have almost the whole family from my mom's side celebrate Thanksgiving. Or so I remembered. But this time, not even my mom was there. Haha. I went with my brother at 2pm just because he was hoping there was going to be food there already. Turns out that they were cooking everything at my cousin's place so they didn't bring the food over until 3. Stupid me forgot the battery to my camera so we went back home to grab that. I don't think my family is that big honestly. Two of my uncles and their families didn't come. One of their family is huugeee so it would make sense to have their own thing. And the other celebrated Thanksgiving on the other side of the family. Plus, I have another uncle that's in Vietnam. Thanksgiving seemed different with it being all traditional. Come on, one year we had Mexican food. Haha. The food was definitely delicious. We had a 20lb turkey, ham, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing, and I believe that's it. I came home to doing random stuff and knocking out until 10ish.

My grandpa did the honor to cut the turkey. But that was just for show. In the end, my cousin cutted the turkey for ever.

My cousin gave a leg to my nephew. His grandma, my aunt, is so funny in the background. Because I'm usually taking pictures, my cousin Kimmy gave it a go and got a shot of me. Weird poseee.

Uncle David with his Nikon camera. He so dissed me and my camera! Saying that it looks like a toy. Haha. He also says that "professionals use Nikons". My uncles are into Nikons, but I have a cousin who's a PROFESSIONAL photographer that uses a Canon. She's the one that recommended me all the gadgets to my DSLR. ; My grandma handling the meat. She's really good at it.

Rait (I think that's how you spell his name) is so cute! He was so obedient. ; My little cousins out in the dead looking backyard.

My nephew is so good playing the piano and isn't afraid to perform compared to my little cousin Alan who's "shy like his dad", says his dad. ; Kimmy struggling to get the jello out of the tray.

Yum! Needs more sugar though :p ; Forced my grandparents to take a picture with me. :) Love them to death. They just think I'm a silly girl.

The aftermath.

Mary and Pier :) So cute ; Last night shot of my cat when I opened the door, she was just sitting there on the bed like that.

Since Pier is around the house, Kitty is so scared. ; Kitty and Sparkles.

So tomorrow I'm celebrating Thanksgiving with my friends and I always get super excited because I know tomorrow is going to be full of laughs and memories. I'm in a dilemma of whether I want to decorate or not and there isn't really much to decorate. I still have until tomorrow to decide. I also decided to check out the Black Friday sales with my dad and probably grab a few things. We'll see how everything turns out. I hope time goes by fast until night!

I still need to write my Christmas wishlist!!
