Home Sweet Home.

I came home at around 3ish today and the whole environment just changes when I'm here. Everything is familiar. I did feel homesick for one, but that was not my only reason to go home. My computer wasn't working at the dorms so I had to bring that home and bring back my dad's laptop to use for temporary until my laptop comes in in about a week or so. Not only that, I need to bring my bike and the fridge for the dorm. Because my brother doesn't use the TV in his room, I'm bringing that along also. I'm also bringing a bunch of other stuff that I forgot such as a blowdryer, straightening iron (can't live without that), and what not. I thought I overpacked, but I actually overpacked and have quite some space in my dorm. Sadly, Marshall dorms seem like the smallest compared to the other college dorms. Only thing good is that the dining hall is across the bridge. Because I've underpacked, I've decided to bring my dressier clothing such as my skirts and dresses. I'm also bringing my jewelry. :)

I'm very much excited to get to know all of my suite mates and roommates. I want to decorate the common room so that it looks more homey rather than it just being there. My friends are coming to visit over the weekend! Or so I really hope so. We can all crash it in Tracy's dorm or something. Haha. I'll be coming back next week on Friday because of the Homecoming game and I'll also be coming back the week after that because of my (wow) 18th birthday. I'm excited to do something for my birthday (No, not smoking), but something else and I guess it's a surprise right now, but a couple of them know what I'm talking about. :) Shhh.
