Chuckwagon Meeting & Rollerskating

Today, well yesterday, Friday, was quite a day. We had a meeting at 1PM so I had to be ready by noon to go with some friends up to Pomona where the LA Fair is at for a Chuckwagon meeting. The ride there was typical. Traffic. We got lost to where we were suppose to park and we had no idea where Chuckwagon was located in the fair grounds. The fair grounds is ridiculously large and so much bigger than the OC Fair. We met up with other friends and headed towards Chuckwagon. It was like in the wayyy back from where we had parked. The fair grounds has more than 20 entries. I find that crazy. We only had FOUR at the OC Fair. Haha. The meeting was the usual. Irene went over things that I've heard for the fourth time probably. My friend asked where I got the marks on my arms, which are actually bug bites. James claims that he beats me up. Haha. Because they look like small bruises on my arms. Walking back to the car was torture because it was 106 degrees outside, when we're used to the 80's & 90's in Garden Grove. We stopped by Rite Aid after the meeting for some delicious one dollar scoop ice cream.

Had to post this one up because of Hung in the background :) ; Group shot

Rite Aid ice cream stop! Mmm Butter Pe-can :D

When I came home, I rested a bit by watching P.S. I Love You for probably the 2nd or 3rd time. I didn't get to finish it because I was leaving the house around 6ish to go rollerskating with friends. The outcome was sad. There was 8 of us. Haha. Last time we went skating, there was over 20 of us. I wish I had a picture on me of the group picture of last time we went, but it's on my computer, which I am not on. Although there were only 8 of us, and only 5 of us skated, actually, 4, I had a great time with all of them. I actually find it more fun hanging out in a small group of friends rather than a big one because you don't bond with everyone. And because of the expected low outcome of this event, this is why I have CANCELLED the picnic. Plus, I'll be out of town for the set date I had planned originally for the picnic. I want everyone to get together, but it's hard that everyone has moved on with college and all. Two things that I will never without a doubt cancel is Thanksgiving Potluck and our Christmas Bash. So look forward to that. :)

After rollerskating, we went to eat at Al's. They have amazing burgers for such great prices. We stayed there til almost 11. I came home and was in a very good mood. I chit chatted with friends online and spur of the moment, I went to Jonathan's house. I stopped by Becky's house first to drop off a surprise. I haven't seen Jonathan for a good two weeks since he started school already and all, so it was nice just coming over and talking. I stayed there until 2ish and came home. I should be going to sleep because I have to be up at 8 or 9 tomorrow, but I choose to blog before I go to sleep. :)

Phillip can't keep a straight face. Always looking super happy :)

Jump shot

Nice shot; Haha Thuy holding onto the wall for support.

On the rink; Andrew is so photogenic! So jealous.

Tina took a picture of Becky's tooshy; We took a photo booth picture and it never came out. That's me in frustration.

Thuy & I messed around wtih the reflection inside of the photo booth.

Group picture at the table; Rock on :D

Went around taking mug shots. Andrew couldn't keep a straight face so he just dropped his head cracking up on the table.

A kind guy offered to take a group picture for us :)

Extreme high fives :D I had to reach for his hands; One of the nice shots

The ladies. Becky's small cheeseburger

Becky's cheeseburger compared to Andrew's; The typical shot of what I ate. Too bad I forgot to take one at the beginning and that's why it's pretty eaten up.

My last two weeks of summer are definitely going to be booked so I'm pretty excited. :) That includes LA Fair, Wild Rivers, San Francisco, and girls' sleep over. Gotta add in a few things more things, and plus I need to pack up and put stuff in boxes or else while I'm gone in San Diego, someone might throw away my things. ):
